베트남 하노이 반트리 지역에 제안된 VANTRI VILLA & CONDO 프로젝트는 자연과

건축, 그리고 도시의 맥락을 다층적으로 엮어내는 조경 전략을 중심으로 기획되었습니다.

본 프로젝트는 대상지 분석을 통해 반트리 호수와 골프클럽을 향한 파노라마 뷰,

그리고 기존 주거지와의 인접성을 동시에 고려하며, 외곽 차폐와 내부 개방이라는

상반된 조건을 조화시키는 데서 출발합니다. 메인 콘셉트인 'Stacked Scenery'는

여러 겹의 경관 레이어를 통해 자연을 단계적으로 경험하도록 하는 구조로,

외곽의 안전하고 견고한 경관(Layer A), 세대별 프라이빗 정원(Layer B), 그리고 단지

중심의 보행 녹도(Layer C)가 유기적으로 연결됩니다.

콘도 및 상업 영역은 하롱베이의 거대한 암석(ROCK), 호안끼엠의 잔잔한 물결(WAVE), 사파의 계단식 언덕(HILL)에서 영감을 받아, 단단함과 유선형, 그리고 고저차가 어우러진 입체적 경관을 구현합니다. 녹색 마운드와 곡선형 동선, 쉼과 명상을 위한 프로그램 공간은 도시적 스케일 속에서도 깊이 있는 자연 경험을 제공하도록 구성되었습니다.

결과적으로 반트리 프로젝트는 자연을 단순히 도입하는 것이 아니라,

다층적 구조로 재해석하여 거주자와 방문자가 각기 다른 깊이로

자연을 마주하도록 설계된 경관 제안입니다.
